TRAVEL/ACTIVITY BUDGET:

Travel/Activity budget is required for all Full-Time Academy Program students. This budget acts as retention for trips and activities throughout the school year. Traveling internationally may exceed the estimated travel budget and require additional funds. Prior to large international trips, Premier Snow Academy will communicate with parents about the additional cost. If any Travel/Activity budget remains at the conclusion of the school year, parents may use those funds for the following year’s tuition fees, travel/activity budget or get reimbursed.

PAYMENT:

All deposits including tuition and travel/activity budget must be received before or on May 15th to secure your spot for the 2019/2020 Academy program.

PAY-IN FULL OPTION:

If you choose to pay in full by May 15, you will receive a $10,000 discount on the tuition. ***This discount does not extend to the travel budget.

Payment Plan Option – 60% of the full tuition is due on or before May 15th, the remaining balance needs to be paid in full by Dec 31st, 2019 with monthly payments starting in September. All payment plans must be approved and arranged prior to the student’s acceptance.

• Travel for competitions as needed

TRAVEL BUDGET*

Any athletes that are participating in non-local/Non-USASA events or who would like to travel to various resorts will be required to have a $6000 travel budget. This budget acts as retention for trips and activities throughout the season. These expenses include transportation, accommodation, food, activities or miscellaneous expenses while on the road. Traveling internationally or frequently may exceed the estimated travel budget and require additional funds. Prior to large international trips, Premier Snow Academy will communicate with parents about the additional cost. If any Travel/Activity budget remains at the conclusion of the season, parents /athletes may use that for the following year’s program fees, travel/activity budget or get reimbursed.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• 40 days of coaching
• Freeride, freestyle and contest support
• Travel between Copper, Keystone and Breckenridge resort
• Riders are expected to participate in video review and goal setting sessions

Travel- Some athletes may be required to travel outside of summit county but within Colorado for USASA competitions. Athletes and their parents are required to arrange accommodation and transportation themselves at their own expense. Coaches will provide support at these events when applicable.

PAYMENT

Full payments of the weekend program fee are required by Nov 1st or prior to the first-day training for the 2019/2020 season
